On-Line Application forms

Our site has an on-line application form (in which the applicant includes their email address).
My question is:
Is it possible to have an automatically generated email reply sent to the applicant’s email address that basically serves as a confirmation of receipt of their application ?

You can do this using eForm snippet. It has the option to send an email to the person who fills out the form.

Look at &automessage parameter

Thanks for this.... this is something we pay a company to do for us. It shouldn’t be that difficult of a request, or too time consuming, should it ?

Shouldn’t take much more than ten or fifteen minutes, and most of that would probably be spent fiddling with the css for styling the form.

Thanks again. This is good to know.
