FormBuilder configuration

Hello,

I am finilizing my second website with MODx and I am using the FormBuilder module to add different forms avalible for webusers.
It seems to be really what I need: a graphical interface to add/update fields in the form. I tried eForm, but it was to complicated to be used by "Administrators" which are not developers.

So with FormBuilder, the solution appears. But how to retreive the data from the DB? Where are the example templates?
Does someone has deal with it somewhere?
