I have deleted all of meta keywords I initially setup via the non-intuitive modx built-in meta tag generator.
However, I have since when with the "template-variable" method and no longer want to use the built-in meta tag generator. I deleted all the meta tags etc.
However modx is still generating this line by default:
<meta name="keywords" content="" />
I need that line to go away and I can’t find a way to disable it.

MODx 0.9.5?
I would upgrade that to the latest version at the first chance you have.
