Hi,
When I try and edit a document I get:
« MODx Parse Error »
MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
« Execution of a query to the database failed - Duplicate entry ’0’ for key ’PRIMARY’ »
SQL: INSERT INTO `db30223_modx`.`modx_manager_log` (timestamp, internalKey, username, action, itemid, itemname, message) VALUES(’1267712691’, ’0’, ’gareth’, ’3’, ’9’, ’Contact’, ’Viewing data for document 9’)
any ideas?

Looks like your table modx_manager_log has no auto_increment on the id-field. You can edit the table in phpmyadmin. Check if it looks like the screenshot attached. If not set it to auto_increment.
It’s a bit odd, it should be auto_increment by the default in the installation.
