Hello, Has anyone else figured out how to get MODx reporting visitor IP addresses correctly on the Rackspace Cloud?
I replaced all the REMOTE_ADDR code I could find with HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR as mentioned in posts elsewhere but it didn’t work. PHP info seems to be reporting $_SERVER[’REMOTE_ADDR’] superglobal correctly but not getenv(’REMOTE_ADDR’).
Anyone else have any experience with this?
OK, I checked one of my other sites on the cloud and it IS reporting IP addresses correctly. The one not doing so has been moved and upgraded from 0.9.6 so it looks like an upgrade issue rather than something else.
