Hi,
I’ve just moved a MODx site from one host to another. I had a few issues where some of the folders/files were not all copied over, which resulted in the Manager backend missing some images, but I’ve fixed this.
However, I have a bigger problem. When I click a page to edit it, instead of being presented with the editor fields etc, I receive a blank page with the following error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mm_widget_tags() in /home/steatite/public_html/assets/plugins/managermanager/mm.inc.php(367) : eval()’d code on line 8
I’m guessing this might have something to do with folders/files lost during the transfer but I have no idea what.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I’m using MODx version 1.0.2, in case that makes a difference.
Would greatly appreciate any assistance.
Hi,
I had similar issues quite a lot when moving or updating modx to a new install.
Usually permission issue for some files your copying, chances are a couple of files in the manager didnt get copied, maybe try copying the manager folder over again.
I normally do a blank install of modx on the new server, then just copy the assets and the database (after copying the database you will need to change the modx paths in config). But thats the most painless way to do it.
