Can't edit page due to "NAME is editing page", but they aren't logged in

One of the users I created appears to be editing a page I need to work on, but I called her, and she isn’t on her computer. Anyway, as the admin, can I bounce her off of that?
Thanks.

Go to manager / Top menu -> Tools -> Remove Locks
