I apologize in advance if this question has already been answered. If it has my searches didn’t find any posts.

My issue is this: I was cleaning up files on my server and accidentally deleted the index file from the root folder. How do I fix this?

    Thanks.

Upload it again from original source folder, it isn’t altered once on the server.

And if it isn't there (due to me being a twit and not backing it up)?

Download it again. The index.php files are not changed on installation. Which version of MODx is this?

Hi Susan. We're running 0.9.6.3 Evo. Fortunately our ISP had a copy of it and replaced it. It's really bizarre as I downloaded the one that came in the original setup package and the site worked 90% as it should. Just the Property Search Engine didn't until the ISP replaced it. Bizarre but true. After having analysed it, our ISP has added several lines of code to get the Search Engine to work, which is why it didn't work with the standard one.
I would like to upgrade to the Revolution software but that's down to the ISP as they also do our program support.
              Thanks again.
