How do I call a Template Variable value within second template?

I would like to display editorsEmail and editorsTelephone details within Publication Template.

How do I use getField in this case?

Publications Folder (1) using Publication Template

 Publication 1
 Publication 2
 ...

 Template Variable assigned to Publication Template
 [*chooseAnEditor*]
 Listbox (Single-Select)
 @SELECT pagetitle FROM modx_site_content WHERE parent='2'
