SOLVED::hide manager pages 'Modx News' & 'SecurityNotices' from manager users?

Hi,

I’ve customised my Manager area as i want it and the only thing left is getting rid of the Modx News and Security Notices from the Manager home page as they are unnecessary to the avaerage admin user.
What’s the best way to hide them from certain manager groups?
Ideally i’d use ManagerManager but i don’t think it’s possible is it?

Actually another thing i’d like to do is hide the snippet calls in the content area...anyone know if there’s an easy way to do that or is it a case of creating a TV for the snippet call (or content area)??

Just in case anyone else is looking for this i found the manager layout templates in assets/templates/manager...a quick look through the files you can easily find where to comment out the tabs.

ManagerManager rules can be applied to hide teh content area too by adding something like:
mm_hideFields(’content’, ’admin id’, ’template id’);
