How can i create a mini-backoffice or mini-controlpainel?

Hi to ALL
i wan’t to create a page that use the manager for central back-office (for me and other developers), and make one manager inside website for web-users.

How can i do that?

We probably need more info...

as I understand it, you can use one manager and with
the use of roles, permissions and ManagerManager you can
create virtually, two Managers, one for you guys and one for your customer...
