Hi Guys...
I have my client with modx migrate into new our hosting server. on our old server is working fine and also on local server.
The site have a lot of TV on 1 page, about around 400.
After press Save, there are some TV (bottom) that cannot be saved into database, no error message. But on the upper TV, data can be saved properly..
I tried to change the setting on apache Max Connection and mysql Maxconnection but still didn’t work.
Any Suggestion?
Thanks
Ricky

It could be a MySQL timeout or PHP memory issue. That’s a TON of TVs ... why so many? It sounds like you might want to rethink the approach there.

Yes, this is learning a language website, there are alot of questions and quiz. But if it is timeout or memory out, is there any way to see those report?
Thanks

You would best be served by a custom database for the quizzes, using MODx pages as a view into those questions.

This site is running for 2 years with no problem, I dont have any plan to modified it yet.
I still guess that there’s server’s setting that need to changed, but so far i have difficulty because there’s no pop up error message when saved.
I have root access and can change the settings. thx Ryan

You’ve likely reached the point where the cache is so large that it just times out trying to create it or something like that.

Yes, I think that could be the problem maker. But I try to clone into our local server, it works like a charm.
