FeedX | Limit Number of Elements

Hi there,
found this excellent Snippet ’FeedX’.
Got it working. Having little problem left,
I thought you Guys can help me.

Since not beeing a PHP Coder, I have my
problems reading the snippet Code correctly.
My problem: How to limit the number of Elements
to be displayed by FeedX.
The &maxElements seems not to be working?
