    Dear community,

    I’m searching a way to implement the following ouput to the frontend. I use Evolution 1.0.2.

    ---------------|  Text
                   |  Text
    first image on |  Text
    the left       |  Text
                   |  Text
    ---------------|  Text
                      Text
                      Text
                      Text

    ---------------|  Text
                   |  Text
    2nd image on   |  Text
    the left       |  Text
                   |  Text
    ---------------|  Text
                      Text
                      Text
                      Text

    and so on...

    The text just should not float around the image. It’s like a two column div block. It could be easily done with tables in TinyMCE, but I would like to do it in a well-thought css manner. I think there is no way (?) by using TinyMCE to achieve this.

    Can it be done with a customized template? In this case, there should be a possibility to add more content blocks. The only way I can think of is to define sub-pages (ressources), and use ditto to compile the output to the frontend. That’s to much effort with the low-sophisticated editor in mind: He would have to split up longer texts on different ressources then. Is there an easier way?

    TIA huh

      If you float the image and set a width, you then add a left margin to the text equal to the width of the image plus any space you might want. e.g.
      img {
      float:left;
      width:200px;
      }
      p {
      margin:0 0 0 210px;
      }

        perhaps this can help http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,41005.msg247078.html#msg247078

        Another way could be to use for example maxigallery for each picture and maxigalleries description-field for text.
