Resource content displays in a chunk? Possible?

Hi!
Here is a simple question..

I have one document which is frequently changing resource content.


Can I display whatever is in that document in a chunk (to be displayed in a template) automatically?

You can do it with a TV using the @DOCUMENT xx binding, where xx is the doc id

Ummm... Can I somehow put that text to be a link? Tried with URL as Input Type and embeding <a> tags around it... no luck

Can’t you have it as a link in the document you are binding to in the TV?
