AUtomatically Creating a Child Page When Parent is Created

I’m creating a real estate website and I’m trying to figure out what would be the best way to create a "Flyer" page.. the path to a listed home would be site.com/properties/1234-home-address and i would like to have the flyer at site.com/properties/1234-home-address/flyer.

Is there a way that the flyer page could be automatically created when the 1234-home-address page is created? The information on the flyer will be the same as the information on the listed home so nothing will be different.. im just goin to use ditto and the TVs from the previous page to fill in the information.

Is this possible? or is there a better way to do what I’m tryin to do?

been lookin around but still havent found anythin.. is there a snippet/plugin i need?
