Im trying to install Modx 9.6.3 on my server. All the files are in my root folder but for some reason when I type
http://www.lottmandesign.com/install/index.php its like the browser just keeps refreshing itself trying to connect. Has anyone seen an issue like this? please copy and paste the link and you will see what Im talking about. Sorry if Im not the most gifted at this technical stuff. I just thought it would be simple since I have done it before with another company.
Any help would be much appreciated.
As for the server I use iPowerweb.
