Help Loggin In!

I used Softaculous to install ModX 1.0.2 (via my host Arvixe)and now cannot figure out how to log in to the back end. I do not know my username or password, and there seems to be no email associated with this installation for retrieval. What do I do?? I tried looking on the DB but did not see anything.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I would be very grateful for any assistance.

Thank you Bob! I did exactly as your guide suggested, but I still cannot log in (continues to give me the error message that my username and password are incorrect.) Any other suggestions? I am very frustrated.
