I have a problem on our website programmed on MODx and need some help.
Only information I have is MODx version 0.9.6 and MODｘ PHP/MYSQL I am sorry
that I cannot provide other info since our original programmer left the
project and we don’t have anybody who understand MODx or web programming
itself.
What happened is we tried to update some information but the site wa
unresponsive. We closed out of Firefox and tried to log into the website,
but it would not allow us to, after a couple attempts it wouldn’t even load
the home page, just a blank white page. We restored the website using back
up from our web host but everytime we tried to update the same thing
happened again. We didn’t have this problem for about 6 months after
launching our website...
What are the possible couses? Does somebody have any suggestion for solution?
Can you be more specific about what you mean by "we tried to update some information" ?
It looks like whatever you did caused the trouble so it’s hard to help you without knowing exactly what you did or tried to do.
