Hello,
I ’wget’ the tar.gz file and exploded it onto my sub-domain, moved all files to the root, accessed the installation procedure
I get to the DB information screen and enter the correct host, login and password. Click the link ’Test database server connection and view collations’ and nothing happens.
I can’t click next as a message appears saying ’You need to test your server connection’
Can anyone assist?
Is there another way to install?
I have permissions set correctly on DB and also on the suggested folders
Installing on a vps at VPS.net running Ubuntu 8.04 x64 LAMP
