Font Size Changed in Manager...Huh?

Yep.

At one point I saved a document in the manager and when it was done "working" all the text in the main (right) column of the manager was much larger. HUGE. Nothing in the header nor in the left hand document tree was affected.

It has nothing to do with my browser text size settings as far as I can tell.

It’s killing me.

Any insight?

Jumped into style.css trying to hunt down the issue. In the body attributes section I commented out the two larger of the three font-sizes listed. It worked. Still dunno what happened or why what I did presumably solved it.
