I have a projectpage and use 2 columns, left the menu, right the content, is there a way to maintain the scroll position when you click on a project link?

If there isn’t: is there a way to make the content load without a page refresh without using a Iframe?

    thanx in advance!

      Hi martenh,
is there a way to make the content load without a page refresh without using a Iframe?
you could use the tabControl Snippet which will load the ressources via Ajax: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,41922.msg

That isn’t what I’m looking for, I need to keep the scroll position when the page reloads: like I would have a navigation menu and an iframe and when I click a link in the menu, the content gets loaded in the frame without reloading the whole page so I don’t have to scroll down again..

It doesn’t matter if the page gets reloaded, as long as I don’t have to scroll down again..

Haha, I always am looking for a solution for hours, and finaly when I am desperate and ask for help on this forum, then 10 minutes after I find the solution smiley

            I found this javascript:
            http://scripterlative.com/files/recoverscroll.htm

It works great, but if anyone knows a cleaner solution I would like to hear about it.
