Populate TV DropDown with defined data set

I have a number of TVs that all have the same set of options (for example, Red||Blue||Green||Black). What is the best method for creating that list once, and then having the TV pull it each time. That way, if I decide to add "Purple" later, it would automatically be found in the DropDown? Can it be done via Properties?

I am using Revolution.

create a chunk ’colorOptions’ with content: Red||Blue||Green||Black

in your TV in optionvalues type: @CHUNK colorOptions
