So, here’s the deal.
I have a fresh install of MODx evolution. If I edit a resource and save it, it correctly saves the edits. If I view the tables in the database, I can see the changes are there as well. However, no changes appear on my site.
Thinking this is a caching issue, I cleared the cache through the manager and it indicated there were 0 files in the cache directory....BUT if I go in and manually delete the files in the cache directory, then save my resource, my edits correctly show up.
The correct permissions are set on assets/cache. I have set cacheable to off for the resource I’m editing and set Cacheable default to No in tools/configuration. This is an out-of-the box installation. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Thanks
