UTF-8 problems

Hi

I have installed modx in french UTF-8.
All seems to work correctly but the titles are not correctly displayed on the front-end. Apparently they are encoded in ISO-8859-1.
In fact, all texts that are not written using TinyMCE are not correctly displayed. What did I do wrong ?

What is your database character set and collation? You can see this in the Manager, in the Reports -> System Info page.

I’ve seen the same problem on an install with utf_swedish instead of utf8_general.

What I had to do for a search was first utf8_decode() queries and then utf8_encode() results...

utf8 and utf8_unicode_ci. But I changed them after install (selected wrong parameters during installation).

If you changed it it would say it there. When I changed collation
I had to go through every single field... Not worth it.

I tried to reinstall and all is OK now.
