what is alternate to NewsManager in new modx release

Hi guys i am building simple blog using modx i read newsmanager is perfect for this but in new release newsmanager is not available so what to use ?

newly added news state should be unpublished

many thanks

no reply anyone there ?

I believe that pkBlog is the most up to date front-end manager system that is out there. It seems like it is a bit more robust than the NewsManager, but I haven’t used it yet.
