I presume these are greyed out for a reason, is there anyway to change them?
Thanks

LOL ... definitely going to need a lot more information. MODx version, server info, etc. See the "help us help you" link in my signature.

The greyed out options are either not required any more, or are now mandatory due to changes in the core code (e.g. the ’clear site cache’ option). The main reason they are kept in the list is one of backwards compatibility for possible old plugins/snippets/modules that may utilize them.

Thanks for the reply Garryn.
Same problem with MODx 0.9.6.2.
All checkboxes that were checked the last time I created a role are disabled.
I deleted the unique user who was assigned to this role.
Then, I also deleted that role.
When I create a new role, all checkboxes checked for the previous role remain checked and are greyed.
Checkboxes that were not checked are still ok.
I tried clearing the site cache. 4 files are found in the site cache but none is removed.
These files are:
-sitePublishing.idx.php
-siteCache.idx.php
-index.html
-rss (folder)
Changing file the unix file permissions of those files does not change anything.
Also removed the Personalize and MemberCheck components, but it did not change anything.
