I’m sure I am not the first to ask this question. I have searched the forum with a few different terms but I’m not really turning up an answer.

My question is fairly simple. Is it possible to require a value for a template variable? Meaning the user can not leave it as a blank value. Something must be entered.

    Thanks in advance.

I believe the later versions of ManagerManager have this feature.

Thank you for your quick response. I have used Manager Manager for other projects however I have never seen this functionality mentioned. I did see this in the repository mm_requireFields for ManagerManager (http://modxcms.com/extras/package/256).

It says it has been tested with ManagerManager 0.3.2.x. Has anyone successfully implemented this with ManagerManager 0.3.5 and Evo 1.2? Or is this functionality now integrated with the newest release of ManagerManager?

Best suggestion is to spend a couple of minutes installing and trying to see. smiley
