Which mailer app should I use?

Hi,

I need an app to write pretty personalized newsletter to people who subscribed before (double opt in necessary, german legal issue).

I’ve already tried TE Mailer, but the subscription process doesn’t work (for me and others), I’ve already posted to the support thread for TE Mailer.

I’ve found KoopsMailinglistX, TX Newsletters and Easy Newsletters, maybe there are others which better fit to my needs?

I’d be glad if one could recommend one of these (or other) scripts, it’s only for small to medium recipient groups (up to 500 in some years maybe), as I wrote personalization and double opt in are a must have. I like TE Mailers concept of sending modx articles as the newsletter, but could live with other concepts.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks for the tipp - I installed it, got it working after some minor problems - but users are now added directly to the list - could you be a bit more specific on how to activate/implement double-opt-in?

Ah, thanks, I’ll have a look at these.

I find it difficult to search and puzzle everything together from forum posts, modx should definitly aggregate things more in the snippet repo!
