I’ve seen some very old topics about this, but they related to much older versions of MODx so I thought I’d start a new one.
I’ve just upgraded a site from 0.9.6.3 to 1.0, and everything went pretty well except the Captcha form on my Jot comment form broke, as I could no longer see the Captcha image. Only the alt text was displayed.
I thought perhaps I needed to enable this in the backend and duly did. Now when I log out I need to use the Captcha to log back in to the manager, but it’s still broken so I’ve no way of accessing the back-end now.
Bit of a stupid move I realise but can anyone help?
Update: I changed the use_captcha value in the settings table to 0 (from 1) but the captcha is still appearing on the login form.
