    Hi everyone

New here, and to MODx- very impressed with both so far, even though it’s been about a week!

Making the transition from Wordpress to MODx, and can see the benefits and possibilities already.

I’m testing out MODx for a simple business site, but the one thing that is currently holding me back from a full transition is understanding the best way to create a portfolio site for clients.

I could, and indeed have experimented with making my own portfolio, based around obvious CSS/HTML, but I need to be able to create a proper CMS folio for clients, that handle thumbnails and galleries and custom feeds etc, all pretty simple in WP.

I’m Googling and searching on here, yet to find a full answer, but apologies for the newbie Q, possibly repeating a topic. I’ll continue my search, but any pointers appreciated.

Look forward to being around here more often, thanks.

Looks like MaxiGallery could be what I need... But no demo... Off to try and find some examples.

Or autoGallery smiley Use with things light FancyBox etc sounds fairly simple.

I’m going to trawl the showcase section for examples of usage, links appreciated!
