Access denied to File Manager

I just went live with my first MODx site and am having an issue accessing: Resources - Manage Files
I get the following error message:

Directory listing for:/

Access denied!

I’m not sure where to look for the problem. I am signed in as the admin. Anybody got any ideas?
I’m thinking that a file path needs to be updated, but I don’t know where to look.

Thanks for the suggestion, it didn’t work though.

Just to make sure I understand correctly - below is the file path info

Path currently in place
/home/users/web/b1345/pow.roystein/public_html

Path you suggest? I’m a little confused because this is not root directory.
/home/users/web/b1345/pow.roystein/public_html/assets

This it the path I used on my demo server, where everything is wking just fine. (roysteinberg is a subdomain on the webbdemo.com site)
/home/webbdemo/public_html/roysteinberg/

What am I missunderstanding?

I suggested

for File Manager Path
and

for Resource path

But if this is wrong and so are your include_path. Try clearing the MODx Cache
and run the MODx installer in upgrade (without installing anything). And if that doesn’t do it,
