Date field not showing up

For some reason my date field object (I am assuming it is some sort of JavaScript object) is not showing up in my modx installation. For a resource if I look at the publish and un-publish date, it looks like the attached image. Anyone have any ideas what is causing this?

Click on the field itself!

When I click on it.. nothing happens.

I am getting a JS error?

Element.setMany is not a function is the error I am getting in mootools.js line 118
