I don’t know how to fix this. Only the first page is displayed and nothing else.

I think you’re looking at the "view" screen rather than the Create/Edit screen. It only shows the cached content and there isn’t any until someone visits the page in the front end.
Instead of clicking on a document, try double-clicking or right clicking on it to get the Create/Edit document panel.
