I am trying to migrate an existing website developed using modxCMS, from one web server to my web server.
My webserver is: WAMPSERVER 2.0 (Apache, PHP, MySQL).

I downloaded all the files from the existing webserver host using ftp.
After I deployed it on the new webserver, I originally got “Internet Server Error” when I tried to view index.php.
Then I removed the .htaccess file under the root folder and the error disappeared.
However, when I view the website, it give me a blank page.

I am guessing that this error is caused by the fact that the paths of "assets" folder and "resource" folder are using absolute URLs.
When I view the website, the index.php won’t be able to find file location.
I think I need to be able to change these Paths.

Do you think I am correct?
    and if so,
Can you please tell me how to change the paths, ie., what file is this found in?

It looks like you forgot to export the contents of the MODx MySQL database (which holds most of the content) and import it on the new site.
