Is Susan OK?

I hope all is well with Susan Sotwell...

I could not help notice that she is one the most prolific (and wise) posters of great MODx information here on this forum. But she has not posted since last November?

Again, I am hoping that all is well...

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I sent her an email today via her web site, but haven’t gotten a reply.

She did say she was moving and wouldn’t be active for a while but that was quite some time ago.

The last time I communicated with her was a week or two ago. She did complete her move, but she’s taking a brief break. She said she plans to be back soon.

I’m sorry, guys, but my eyes are giving out; a severe early case of a common aging process. I’m not sure if they’ll ever be back to good enough for any serious computer work. I plan on going until the end of March before I even try to work on the book any more. In order to make sure I know what I’m talking about I install a working copy and do whatever I’m writing about at the moment, and that takes a lot of computer time.

About all I’m good for now is reading my email and Slashdot and local news for half an hour or so a couple times a day. I’ve had to pretty much give up on trying to keep up with the forum.

Well, I don’t mean to be whiny, but I thought you guys at least deserve to know why I’ve apparently abandoned the project.
