Hi, I have just launched my clients site and it does not work... the domain name DNS has been mapped to the subfolder on my server which has the site content.

The homepage comes up fine, but then none of the other pages work....

    http://www.fcm-i.com

Could anyone help????? Please??? I have no idea why this is not working - it seems like its the SEO friendly URLs and HTACCESS to me???

    Please help!!!

Just found a sample one on the web and used that and it works... Seems the default one shipped with MODx doesnt work.... Here is the correct one to use for anyone having same issues!
        # Vital components of your .htaccess file
        RewriteEngine On
        RewriteBase /

        # Force “www.yourdomain.com” instead of just “ yourdomain.com”
        RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} .
        RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.fcm-i\.com [NC]
        RewriteRule (.*) http://www.yourdomain.com/$1 [R=301,L]

        # The Friendly URLs part
        RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
        RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
        RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?q=$1 [L,QSA]

Do you still have the .htaccess that didn’t work? I would be helpful for us to see it.

I don’t sorry have overwritten it.... its the one in the build for 0.9.6.3

I have found loads of pages on the web saying to have the correct htaccess file to make the MODx SEO friendly urls work but they all seem not to work.... Might be worth adding the correct one (i.e. as I have just posted onto the official wiki on this?)
