I have a MODx 9.6.3 site where there are three admins. One admin made edits on a template and now the template is locked. I keep getting the "template is being edited message" no matter what account I enter the site with. I have deleted the manager account that is said to be editing the template but the prompt is still coming up.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I am not a development guru so I am not sure how to proceed from here. I’ve used MODx on a hand full of sites and have never had this happen before.

Login to the manager, then top menu: Tools / Remove Locks should fix the issue.
