[Solved] How to change TV year Date Range?

I am using the date TV to enter Dates of Birth,
but it only goes to 1999, where do I change it so
it goes to 1925 for example?

Edit:
In Evo 1.0 is in the manager under configuration->interface&features

I had changed it in the datepicker.js but that did not work...
