    Hi!

I have moved a copy of my installation from local installation to another server. I had done this several times, but since 1.0.0 I have encountered problems:

When using the filemanager I get several error messages like:

Warning: is_writable() [function.is-writable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/srv/www/htdocs/modx) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www/htdocs/w00b6c97/:/tmp:/usr/bin:/www/htdocs/w00b6c97:/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/share/php) in /www/htdocs/w00b6c97/modx-2009-06-15/manager/actions/files.dynamic.php on line 356

Where [tt]/srv/www/htdocs/modx[/tt] is the path of my old local installation and [tt]/www/htdocs/w00b6c97/modx-2009-06-15/[/tt] is the new one. The old path seems to be left somewhere. I cleaned the cache and have set

    /www/htdocs/w00b6c97/modx-2009-06-15/assets/

in Tools -> Configuration -> User Interface -> Base path (might be called differently in English).

    Where is my fail?

Tools -> configuration ist the right place but you also have to set the filemanager path in the last tab...

        Does not help.

I tried the whole moving of the site again but I always end up with an unusable site because of the wrong assets path.

This is so strange, it always worked in the past. Something has changed since. Very frustrating.

Is there any file or database field where the path is set?

Please make sure, the ressource path ends with a slash.
