Strange Problem..Subpage Showing Homepage When Clicked

I have a link at site.com/events to site.com/events3 but when I click it, the URL bar at the top of my browser shows site.com/events3 but its showing the page of site.com.. I have no idea how to fix this.. has anyone had this problem?

that probably means that your site.com/events3 wasn’t found, because the default 404-error page will send you to the home-page (i guess) the 404 page can be set in Tools -> Configuration -> Site -> Error page

are your friendly urls working...are you able to see the document when you go to site.com/events3?

It fixed itself somehow.. not having the problem anymore so I dont know what happen there
