    Hi All

I have recently experienced problems with people trying to log-in to my MODx install.

There are no other user’s allowed or set-up.

I have tried using .htpasswd and .htaccess but on each page load (front-end) a log-in screen is shown.

With further investigation and trials I have found that the log-in is triggered only (in my case) when there is a jot form used - I am using Jot as a comment form.

Pages that don’t have the form, don’t trigger the login.

I can only imagine that on each page load a file is called from inside of the manager folder, which obviously then triggers the log-in.

Has anyone else had this problem, or know a way of securing the manager folder huh

Would appreciate any help whatsoever smiley

    Cheers
