I’ve inherited a site and have run into an issue I cannot resolve. The site has a Template Variable configured to display some images on a page. The Input type is Image and the Widget is Image. The alt-text is set to [*pagetitle] and the attributes is set to width="182".
With everything configured in the way the page can take up to 4 minutes load with no browser activity witnessed (indicating the server is thinking about the request but not sending any data) then it will suddenly load the page in less than a second and all the resizing has taken place. If I remove the attributes entry and leave it blank then the page will load instantly but obviously the resizing has not taken place.
This has lead me to believe that there is something wrong with the attributes entry being used or the server/Modx takes a very long time to resize the images. What can I do to counteract this?

I’ve managed to locate the source of my issue - Autoresizer plugin. I’ve made the required permission changes to this and all is working as intended.
