Help.
This is all of a sudden showing up on the top of my website pages.

And at the bottom of each page is the following error:

I have not changed the site for a little while. The site has been up for 2 months or so and has never previously showed this.
It is also happening on another site of mine that also uses MODx (although that is a earlier version) and which is hosted with the same web host.
Also this is showing at the top of my modx CMF Manager login page for the same site:

And I can’t login to check which version I am using - it won’t let me login and there is no captcha image.
I think from memory it is 1.0.3 or something like that.
What does this mean and how can I fix it?
