What image gallery to use?

Hi all

I have only just started using Modx and really need some help. I decided to use maxiGallery on my site

http://www.frantasticfaceandbodyart.co.uk/modx

and have got stuck on how to install my snippet? I read the instructions but got stuck on this line:...."FTP to your server and go to the modx installation folder. Put the assets folder to the site root and the files will go to correct place"...???
I tried this but it didn’t work??

If anyone can help a noob, i will be very much grateful!!

FTP just means copy the files up to the root of your web server.
The MODx installation would be: http://www.frantasticfaceandbodyart.co.uk/modx/install

The install folder SHOULD be deleted after you install the snippet, the MODx manager will alert if its not due to possible security issues...

Thanks for your speedy reply but i probably didn’t explain myself properly....
I have installed ModX okay (about a week ago) and have just about finished my site but i need an Image gallery and i am stuck on how to install MaxiGallery?

I suggest you post the MG question in its board here: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/board,181.0.html - that way, you will be assured of answers (hopefully ). Please be as descriptive as possible. What didn’t work exactly? Your server environment? etc..

Also, have a look at this http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,36851.0.html - maybe there’s an answer there for you?
