    I’m using MODx Evolution 1.0.0

Is there a way to do a weblink and that weblink always use all the fields of the linked document?

    Explanation:

    Document "foo":
    - id 3
    - pagetitle "Foo bar"

    Weblink to "foo":
    - content (id linked) 3
    - pagetitle (the pagetitle of document "foo")

I want that Wayfinder & Ditto takes not only the url of the linked document, the pagetitle/longtitle/... of the linked document.

If I update the document "foo (3)" with a new "pagetitle" wayfinder will use it in the links when render the weblink, not the one in the weblink.

Is like a hard-symlink in an Unix filesystem.

    Thank you in advance!

No, because Wayfinder is using the weblink to make its menu. If the document in question is a "reference" (weblink, in the database) Wayfinder will use its content field to make the URL, so it really doesn’t access the document being linked to at all.

Why not just give your weblink the same menutitle?
