Doc Manager not working with PHP4

Hi,
Is it possible to get the Doc Manager to work in php4?
I’ve updated the code with the parse error fix below but I am only seeing blank labels: Change Template, Template Variables etc

$sql = "UPDATE $this->modx->getFullTableName('site_content') set menuindex=" . $key . " WHERE id=" . $id;

Not sure if it’s any help but this is an IE ’error on page’ message I get when trying to view the Doc Manager

About DocManager, I recognize else two problems.
A problem of IE8 and php4.

Hi yama,

Thanks, I read those and implemented the fixes but still have the same problem.
There is no data in Document Manger. The five headings (Change Template | Template Variables | Document Permissions | Sort Menu | Items Other Properties) are there but there is nothing showing else below the headings:
