i am new to ModX - so i want to post my Questions here about a new Project.
I am not sure what CMS i want to use for the following szenario, but ModX is one of the Candidats, but first i need to get the Questions answered.
The Website has general Content Site and a Part for logged in Users.
There are 2 Groups of Users. One Group is a Customer and the other Group is a Company.
Companies need to register for a Login. The Login needs to be activated manualy by the Admin, after receiving a certain Fee.
The Customers are able to fill out a Form with pre-defined Inputs like "Product Categroy, City, Quantity" etc. After they posted that Form, the Data is saved to a Table in the Database and the registered Companies have access to see that "Inquiry" - if it fits to the Company the Company would be able to contact through an small Contactform directly to the Customer.
Another Detail is, after a Company is registered they can choose certain Categories for there working Fields like "Screenprint, Bookprint" etc. if the Inquiry is sent with the activated Categories "Screenprint and Bookprint" all Companies with this profile would get an Email "Hey, new Inquiries online..."
Is this in general Possible?
I read about the WebLogin Extension - but how do i realize Forms which are written to the Database and the Notifier?
Would be happy to get some Response.
