The older version of Docmanager is still there, but you have to select "Previous Releases" in the grey bar then 0.5.3b to get to it. (Just downloaded it and attached here for easy access)
NB the PHP script as published uses a shortcut opening tag
<?. I had to change this to
<?php to make it work on my server.
I’ve used Docmanager together with a snippet to generate heaps of ’lorem ipsum’ documents, and it works fine. You can get the false impression it hasn’t worked, though, when you look at the document tree - you sometimes need to take some action (e.g. move a document) for the results to show up, just refreshing the view doesn’t do it. Maybe some sort of automatic cache clearing operation would fix that.
