next & previous links?

Hi Guys,

Again could be something simple, but basically how do i have it so when your in a page you can have "next" and "previous" links on it that navigate round all the other documents under the same parent?

Your see just above the main image exactly what I mean (Project 1 of 17). I have something similer design wise and each of the pages are a document under the same parent, hope fully this makes it clearer
